The spirit of “Ubuntu”—I am because we are—is alive and well in South Africa. The “Community & Charity” category is the heart of our website, dedicated to events that bring people together for a good cause. This section helps non-profits, churches, and community groups publicize their efforts and find the support they need.

Here you can find information on charity fundraisers, gala dinners, and auctions raising money for everything from animal shelters to orphanages. We also list hands-on events like beach cleanups, river rehabilitations, and tree-planting days where you can roll up your sleeves and make a tangible difference in your environment.

Community spirit also thrives at local gatherings like church bazaars, school fundraisers, and neighborhood watch meetings. These events are the glue that holds our suburbs and townships together. We provide a platform for these often under-marketed events to reach a wider audience.

Whether you are looking to donate your time, money, or just your presence, this category connects you with the people doing good work. It is about more than just attending an event; it is about contributing to a better South Africa. Browse the listings to find a cause that resonates with you and see how you can help your neighbors and your community thrive.
